Your first appointment:

We appreciate you arriving 10 minutes early to your first appointment so that we can get you started right on time with the doctor or massage therapist.

Prior to your appointment: 

• Complete your New Patient paperwork in Jane (rvachiro.janeapp.com) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

• Directions to the office can be found at the bottom of our web-site

• We understand that life happens, but if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full visit cost.
